What is a women's retreat?

Who facilitates the withdrawal?

My name is Sara Sarmiento, psychologist-psychoanalyst and yoga teacher. I have worked with more than a thousand women and I am tired of seeing wonderful women believing that they are bad or inferior because of their upbringing, their history and society that limits the power of women. That is why I am dedicating my life to helping women like you to empower themselves, get out of dependency relationships and improve their self-esteem. Women committed to themselves, who want to connect to their desire, but at the same time are committed to healthy relationships and improving the world they inhabit. Connected women, changing the world.

In this retreat I will be accompanied by Carmen Quiroga, instructor of transpersonal mindfulness, minimalism and slow & conscious life at La Guarida. Carmen is a wild woman deeply connected to nature, compassion and a lifestyle far from what neoliberalism imposes on us: produce to be worth.
