Why is leading a label-free, compassionate lifestyle good for our health? 

 

We believe that it is very important, before starting these mini-courses, that we do something fundamental:  Connect with compassion towards ourselves and the world.

We know that the body arouses a lot of hatred, suffering, rejection... We know the problems with food, weight, etc. And the objective of these mini-courses is to heal this dysfunctional relationship with body and food, but also to empower ourselves and learn how wonderful our body is, the messages it gives us and learn to relate to it from another place.

What am I going to learn and what will it do for me?We begin by addressing, in this first class as a coffee between friends, the problem of labels and perfectionism in lifestyle. Sometimes, we want to lead a healthy lifestyle but we quickly fall into criticizing ourselves, into the feeling of failure if we don't do it as the influencer on duty, into guilt. In this video we will work on our first obstacles, the superego  or inner judge as well as our ideals of perfection and omnipotence that make us want to be perfect.

MINI-COURSE 1: MENSTRUATION AND CYCLICITY.

What is this course for:Women spend a large part of our lives menstruating but we rarely pay attention to this fact. In fact, most of the time it only serves to complain about how limiting it is. And it is that we live in the society of "doing" and "enjoying" always outwards, consuming. A society that is not created to help us transit or connect with our cycles, nor to respect us. He is only interested in producing, even if this exhausts the people who live in this system and, of course, Mother Earth. Why do we point this out? How does this relate to menstruation? Well, did you know that our menstrual cycles are symbolically connected to nature and the moon? Did you know that it is normal not to always be productive? Or that menstruation shouldn't hurt terribly? Did you know there's nothing embarrassing about it (yes, you don't have to hide the tampon)? Or that in other cultures it is celebrated and they even meet in the so-called red tent to menstruate together?

 

Being disconnected from menstruation and its cycles, as well as the cycles of menopause, disempowers us and distances us from our wild feminine, while this misinformation and this need to always be productive exhausts us and makes us feel that , if we do not always produce the same, we are a failure. In this course we will learn about our natural cycles and learn to take care of ourselves in each phase through nutrition. Over time we will also do meditations, yoga exercises and much more, but little by little.
